Instilling a love for pipets - a day at the CHG

From talking to other Howard Hughes interns about what they do in the lab, I soon found out that I was not the only one pipetting for hours at a time on a daily basis. A typical day in my lab consists of running PCRs and preparing the data to be submitted. I have submitted much data but have not received any back yet; once a meeting is established between my PI, a statistician, and myself, I can salute the old pipette stand and move on to bigger and better things.
